About Zerione

We believe agreements deserve better than documents.

Agreements are among the most important assets every business owns. They define partnerships, customers, employees, vendors, investments, compliance, and financial obligations. Yet businesses still manage them as static files.

Agreements are among the most important assets every business owns. They define partnerships, customers, employees, vendors, investments, compliance, intellectual property, and financial obligations.

Yet businesses still manage them as static files, folders, PDFs, email attachments, or conversations with general-purpose AI.

We believe agreements should become living systems, understandable, explainable, searchable, and continuously governed throughout their lifecycle.

That's why we built Zerione.

Why Zerione exists.

Every business decision eventually connects back to an agreement. Hiring someone. Signing a customer. Raising investment. Buying software. Working with suppliers. Protecting intellectual property.

Despite their importance, agreements remain difficult to understand, difficult to monitor, and easy to forget.

The problem isn't that agreements are complicated. The problem is that businesses lack agreement intelligence.

What Zerione does.

Zerione is an Agreement Intelligence Platform powered by a proprietary Agreement Intelligence Engine. It helps organizations:

  • Review agreements
  • Generate agreements
  • Compare versions
  • Detect risks
  • Extract clauses
  • Track obligations
  • Automate reminders
  • Manage renewals
  • Govern agreement lifecycles
  • Sign electronically
  • Build a searchable agreement knowledge base

Instead of storing documents, Zerione builds understanding.

Our vision.

To become the trust layer for agreements.

Where every agreement is understood, every obligation is remembered, every decision is explainable, and every organization has complete visibility into its contractual relationships.

Meet the Founder

Built from a simple observation.

Prasad Reddy, founder of Zerione

Businesses don't have an agreement problem. They have a trust problem.

Hi, I'm Prasad Reddy, founder of Zerione. While building my previous startup, I constantly worked with agreements, NDAs, partnerships, service contracts, investor documents, employment agreements, and legal paperwork.

Every tool I tried solved only part of the problem. Traditional contract software stored documents. AI could summarize documents. Lawyers reviewed documents. But none created a system that businesses could continuously rely on.

That led me to design Zerione. Instead of building another AI interface, I started from first principles and built an Agreement Intelligence Engine designed specifically for agreements.

The engine was pressure-tested on a diverse corpus of 200+ agreements, including real contracts, before any external users saw it, ensuring reliability and consistency from day one.

Today I'm building Zerione with one goal: to make agreements understandable, explainable, and governable throughout their lifecycle.

What I believe

Technology should make decisions easier, not hide how they were made. Trust isn't created through marketing. It's created through transparency, reliability, and evidence.

That's why every major design decision inside Zerione starts with one question: "Can users trust this?"

Trust Principles

Every product decision, one question.

01

Transparency

Users should understand what the platform is doing and why.

02

Explainability

Recommendations should be supported by evidence, not hidden reasoning.

03

Reliability

The platform should behave consistently and predictably.

04

Governance

Technology should strengthen organizational control, not reduce it.

05

Privacy

Customer agreements belong to customers and should always remain protected.

06

Trust

Every product decision is evaluated through one question: does this increase trust?
